Svetlana and the Delancey Five were delighted to play a special End of Summer Spritz & Swing event at the picturesque Dante Seaport.

Dante Seaport is the revamped seasonal experience from Greenwich Village's celebrated Aperitivo bar, Dante, that celebrates the tradition of Italian Aperitivo-style drinking culture while embracing its quintessential NYC location.

The venue features award-winning cocktails, light bites, live music and engaging programming in the indoor-outdoor waterfront space whilst sipping a Negroni and enjoying sweeping views of the Brooklyn Bridge for a taste of "La Dolce Vita" in Downtown Manhattan.

Svetlana selected her first call musicians from her award winning New York Collective band for this special performance - including Christopher McBride (sax), Eyal Vilner (sax), David Neves (trumpet), Jeffrey Miller (trombone)

The room was also filled with swing dancers and venue regulars alike. Patrons have many opportunities to enjoy our vintage jazz music, and Dante’s celebrated cocktails!

You could even spot the dancers band decked out in their vintage best, with the band adding its elegant upbeat music to enhance the authentic New York classic vintage mood of the event. The patrons love our upbeat swing music and vintage jazz selections - and often are moved to dance and of course enjoy the night on the dance floor and off.
