Svetlana has been a featured soloist with several big bands including her monthly residency at New York's legendary Zinc Jazz Bar.  Svetlana has premiered her own big band in Dec 2018 to a full house at the Zinc Bar with a thrilling Holiday Show full of swinging sounds and holiday cheer - featuring some of the best New York City players!

Svetlana and the Delancey Five were invited to provide musical entertainment for a holiday party at the Historic Back Room Speakeasy in New York City - and to celebrate client’s company 20th anniversary with some hot roaring 20s vintage jazz at one of NYC's top secret venues for jazz and entertainment: the historic Back Room Speakeasy! 

When Svetlana and the Delancey Five were invited to play a fan's wedding at the gorgeous Villa Morosini in Rovigo, Italy, we were thrilled! Rovigo is a picturesque Italian village about two hours away from Venice with stone houses perched in the middle of the green and yellow fields separated by tall trees and an abundance of ancient villas, some protected by UNESCO and dating as far as Roman times. One of those villas, Villa Morosini, served as the wedding venue since the groom grew up in the area.   

Svetlana & the Delancey Five were thrilled to be invited by a fan to play at her gorgeous Long Island wedding at the legendary Vanderbilt Estate. The bride is an avid swing dancer, as well as a frequent audience member and active participant at our vintage jazz band concerts. We feel it is always an honor when a fan invites you to be part of their special event – and we were particularly excited because we knew that may swing dancers would be at this fabulous wedding! 

Svetlana and the Delancey Five recently performed at a birthday celebration at the premier NYC jazz club, Ginny's Supper Club. The host of this NYC birthday party saw us perform at another event and have asked us to perform at her own soirée.
